The big ones lie to the little onesAlan, 16 years kid, called by his family 'our stork' because of being tall and when walking bends his knees peculiarly. Alan moves sluggishly and speaks, slowly, an ill-grammared language. Alan, with Twana, his 12 years old kid brother (the narrator) and a kid sister and their parents form a happy family. The two brothers discover a secret in their family’s life where a corrupt minister is in the scene. The 'stork' leaves home and the little brother tries to revenge on the minister, but the ‘stork’ is accused and considered to be a terrorist.
Though three main characters are kids and the narrator is 12 old, but it is a novel for 18+
The novel was published in Kurdish (2007) and its English translation (by the author) is almost finished.
