The History is full of sacred calves. They are kings worshiped by their people, but when the ruler gains greater power and becomes more violent and brutal he is developed into a holy boar.

Shakhan, the ruler of the Great-Rulers’ Country, invades his neighbor in the south. Gorgi Gosh of Amalika and Tony Claire of Great Greaten gather a handful of countries to attack Shakhan. The defeat of Shakhan is used by desperate Shirinawa city to liberate itself. But the chiefs of Shirinawa’s tribes soon are involved in their civil war. And in a parallel, and intersecting as well, ancient historical axes, Ur-Ninurta, the great priest in southern Mesopotamia, struggles throughout his life, on behalf of the traditional deities, against the heresy of deifying kings, those who were the sacred calves of their era. But when the young man called Beloved (Abraham) smashes the idols, Ur-Ninurta finds himself at a crossroads: either to accept the bad deed of Beloved or to stand in the side of Rim-Sin, the deified king, whom he was so far resisting and who became now the protector of the deities against the most harmful heresy of Beloved.

It is the rise and the fall of a priest and rulers, of a philosopher and a poet.
